Can I pick up my trailer anytime?
Yes! We offer 24/7 self pickup so you can pick up your reserved trailer whenever it’s convenient for you.

How does self pickup work?
After your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive instructions for accessing your trailer. Our secure self-service pickup process allows you to pick up your trailer without waiting for business hours.

Do I need a reservation?
Reservations are highly recommended to ensure your trailer is available when you need it.

Do you deliver trailers?
Yes. We deliver throughout the Treasure Valley to homes, businesses, job sites, farms, and other approved locations.

Can you pick the trailer up when I’m finished?
Absolutely. We can return to pick up the trailer when your rental is complete.

Do you deliver to the landfill?
We can transport your loaded trailer to the landfill or another approved disposal facility. Transportation and disposal fees apply.

What do I need to rent a trailer?

• Valid driver’s license
• Proof of insurance (if required)
• A suitable tow vehicle (for self pickup)
• A valid payment method

What size hitch ball do I need?
Most of our trailers use a 2-5/16″ ball, but we’ll confirm the correct size before pickup.

Do I need trailer brake controls?
Some trailers require a brake controller depending on the trailer and your tow vehicle. We’ll let you know what’s required for the trailer you’re renting.

What if I’m running late returning my trailer?
Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate schedule changes based on availability.

Are your trailers cleaned and inspected?
Yes. Every trailer is inspected before each rental to ensure it’s clean, safe, and ready for use.
